Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients’ psychosocial needs by evaluating emotional, mental, and social factors that impact their lives.

• Develop personalized care plans in collaboration with clients and their families, ensuring alignment with their specific goals, preferences, and cultural values.

• Provide counseling and emotional support to seniors and their families, assisting them through transitions such as health challenges, loss of independence, or relocation.

• Regularly monitor clients’ progress through virtual check-ins and assessments, adapting care plans as needed based on their evolving conditions and situations.

• Educate clients and their families on resources available within the community, including social groups, support networks, and elder services, to promote engagement and well-being.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 60,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
