In this role, you will enjoy a balanced work-life schedule with no evening or weekend commitments, working Monday through Friday.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Group Therapy Facilitation: Conduct engaging and interactive group sessions where clients can share their experiences, learn from one another, and build a sense of community.

• Individual Therapy: Provide compassionate one-on-one counseling to clients, helping them explore their thoughts and feelings while developing customized coping strategies.

• Treatment Planning: Collaborate with clients to design personalized, goal-oriented treatment plans that align with their individual needs and aspirations.

• Progress Monitoring: Assess and document client progress using standardized assessment tools and client feedback to ensure effective treatment adjustments.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will primarily work with young adults who are experiencing various mental health challenges, including mood disorders, anxiety disorders, and other related conditions. Your role will be critical in helping these clients navigate their personal journeys toward recovery and resilience.

Qualifications\n

• Master’s Degree: A master’s degree in counseling, social work, psychology, marriage and family therapy, or a related field is required.

• Licensure: Candidates must possess valid Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) credentials.

• Clinical Experience: A demonstrated history of providing mental health treatment in either residential or outpatient settings is essential.

• Team Player: A collaborative attitude and dedication to fostering positive change are vital for success in our environment.

• Clinical Skills: Proficiency in therapeutic techniques such as motivational interviewing, cognitive-behavioral therapy, and dialectical behavior therapy is preferred.
