Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients' mental health needs, creating individualized therapy strategies based on thorough evaluations.

• Deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions to diverse populations, including individual, group, family, and couples counseling.

• Apply varied therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic approaches, and solution-focused brief therapy to address a wide array of mental health conditions.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including psychiatrists, psychologists, and social workers, to ensure integrated and holistic care for clients.

• Maintain accurate clinical records in compliance with legal and ethical standards, ensuring confidentiality and adherence to best practices.

• Engage in ongoing professional development through workshops and training, remaining updated with the latest research and therapeutic techniques in mental health.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our clientele primarily consists of individuals and families who may have limited access to mental health services. This includes those facing various mental health challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and substance misuse. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field is required.

• Active and unrestricted licensure as a Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Connecticut.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary range for this position is competitive, between USD 70,000 and 90,000 per year, commensurate with experience and caseload availability.
