Conduct thorough evaluations for pediatric, adult, and geriatric patients, utilizing established assessments and observational methods.

Create individualized treatment plans targeting communication, cognitive, or swallowing challenges, both in the short term and long term.

Deliver engaging, one-on-one speech therapy sessions that concentrate on various facets such as voice, fluency, language, and swallowing functions.

Engage in collaborative care with tactile physical therapists, dedicated occupational therapists, vigilant nurses, physicians, caregivers, and families to devise comprehensive care plans.

Educate both patients and their families to ensure strategies are implemented outside of your therapy sessions.

Contribute to occasional inpatient evaluations and therapies, ensuring a seamless experience throughout the patient's journey.

Maintain precise documentation adhering to state, federal, and organizational regulations.

Pursue ongoing professional development through continued education and active peer collaboration.

A Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institution.

Completion of a supervised Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY), if not yet ASHA-certified.

State licensure as a Speech Language Pathologist.

Preferred: Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) from ASHA.

Required: Basic Life Support (BLS) certification within 30 days of your start date.

Expertise in evidence-based therapeutic approaches for individuals of all ages, focusing on developmental and acquired disorders of speech, language, and swallowing.
