Administrative Manager

Our client is a globally recognized executive search and advisory firm known for its collaborative culture, high-touch client service, and fast-paced, team-oriented environment. The firm is seeking an Administrative Manager to offer strategic administrative support, market intelligence and candidate and client coordination.
Who You Are
- You have 4+ years of experience supporting professionals within legal, executive search, or professional services environments
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required
- Strong written communication and organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail
- Proficient with Microsoft Office 365 and comfortable learning new systems
- Service-oriented with strong judgment, discretion, and professionalism
What You’ll Do
- Support recruiters with scheduling, correspondence, meeting coordination, and client deliverables
- Research market activity, talent trends, and industry intelligence to support business development efforts
- Maintain accurate candidate, client, and market data within internal systems
- Prepare reports, background materials, and outreach tracking for active search activity
- Coordinate team meetings, workflow support, and best practice initiatives across offices
- Partner with internal teams to improve processes, training, and operational efficiency
- Contribute to strategic projects supporting recruiter performance and office growth

Salary Range: $110,000 – 120,000 annually, based on experience
Location: Palo Alto, CA – Hybrid
