Key Responsibilities\n

• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of chemical dependency practices, including current treatment modalities and techniques.

• Build and foster relationships with diverse client populations, demonstrating cultural competence and empathy in all interactions.

• Provide psychoeducation to clients and their families to promote understanding of addiction and recovery processes.

• Document clinical interactions and maintain meticulous client records, ensuring all communications remain confidential.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will primarily work with clients experiencing mental health challenges related to chemical dependency and substance abuse. Our diverse clientele includes individuals from various backgrounds and stages of recovery, requiring tailored therapeutic strategies to address their unique needs. Qualifications\n

• Education: A Master’s degree in Social Services, Mental Health Counseling, Psychology, or a related field.

• Licensure: Must possess and maintain appropriate licensure in Washington State as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).

Compensation and Benefits\n
