Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct virtual therapy sessions using secure telehealth platforms, ensuring a professional and empathetic atmosphere for clients.

• Develop, implement, and regularly evaluate treatment plans tailored to each client's unique needs and therapeutic goals, employing evidence-based practices.

• Maintain precise and comprehensive documentation of client interactions, treatment progress, and session notes, adhering to ethical and legal standards in mental health care.

• Provide crisis interventions as necessary, remaining calm and responsive to clients in distress to facilitate immediate support.

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary healthcare professionals as appropriate, such as physicians, case managers, and social workers to coordinate comprehensive care for clients.

• Participate in regular supervisory meetings and team discussions, sharing insights and strategies to enhance therapy practices and organizational initiatives.

As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist at Iris Counseling Center, you will primarily work with individuals, couples, and families facing a range of mental health challenges. Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
