IT Support analyst

Job Title
Must have:
- Azure – Entra ID, MFA support, User account management, Account creation * hands on experience as an Admin for this tech*
- Office 365 admin – Exchange group support, Teams groups support, Licensing
- Intune – Autopilot enrolling devices to Intune and loading profiles etc
- iPhone MDM management preferably Intune
- Understanding Core Networking TCP/IP, DNS and DHCP
- Knowledge of Operating systems and networking platforms
- Understanding basic to intermediate security best practices
- Need 8 years experience with Microsoft tech stack experience has a team lead (this role will have 2 direct reports) financial services background experience with L1/L2/L3 troubleshooting Entra ID, Sharepoint Networking knowledge is a must
