The position is completely remote, allowing you the flexibility to work from the comfort of your home while engaging with clients via secure telehealth platforms. With a regular schedule from Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM, you will enjoy a balanced work-life harmony.

• Conduct virtual mental health evaluations to assess client needs and develop comprehensive treatment plans.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our counselors primarily work with adult clients across a range of mental health issues, including anxiety, depression, and stress-related disorders. All clients are pre-screened and classified as low acuity, ensuring that our mental health professionals can provide focused and effective treatment. Your ability to understand and empathize with clients' needs will be crucial in fostering a therapeutic alliance and facilitating positive outcomes.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, or a related field.

• Active licensure as a Licensed Marital and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in Tennessee, with no disciplinary history.

• Minimum of two years of experience in clinical practice providing direct mental health services.

Preferred Experience\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
