Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments of clients' mental health conditions through detailed interviews and evaluations, determining the nature and extent of their issues.

• Design personalized treatment plans that address each client's specific challenges, encompassing various therapeutic approaches, including cognitive-behavioral therapy, solution-focused therapy, and mindfulness techniques.

• Facilitate regular therapy sessions—both individual and group—utilizing evidence-based methodologies to help clients develop coping strategies and enhance their emotional resilience.

• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, including psychiatrists, to provide comprehensive care and refer clients to ancillary services when necessary.

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records within electronic health record (EHR) systems, ensuring compliance with all legal and ethical standards.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work with a diverse clientele that may include individuals facing various challenges such as anxiety, depression, substance use disorders, and eating disorders. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• A current and valid license as an LMFT, LPC, or LCSW in the state of Arizona.

• A minimum of four years of relevant clinical experience in the mental health field.

• Thorough knowledge of mental health disorders and symptoms, as well as a proficiency in evidence-based treatment approaches.

• Strong interpersonal skills, with the capacity to engage effectively and empathetically with a diverse range of individuals.

Compensation and Benefits\n
