Key Responsibilities\n

Your day-to-day activities will involve:

You will predominantly serve a diverse client base, ranging from young children to adolescents and their families. Our clients seek support for various mental health conditions, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and behavioral issues. Qualifications\n

To be considered for this role, candidates must possess the following:

• A valid mental health license in Maryland, including one of the following: \n

  • Licensed Certified Social Worker - Clinical (LCSW-C)

  • Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC)

  • Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT)

  • Licensed Clinical Marriage and Family Therapist (LCMFT)

  • Doctor of Psychology (PsyD)

• A master's or doctoral degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a closely related field.

• Significant training or experience in mental health counseling, showcasing specialized expertise.

• Strong understanding of evidence-based practices for various mental health disorders.

• Exceptional counseling skills, demonstrating the ability to form rapport and motivate clients throughout their therapeutic journey.

Compensation and Benefits\n
