Sirius Staffing is seeking a Traveling Receptionist in Federal Way, WA. Pay: $19/hr. Requirements include a valid driver's license and reliable personal vehicle. Ability to travel daily between multiple office locations is required. Strong customer service, communication, and organizational skills are necessary. Proficiency with Microsoft Office and standard office equipment is needed. Ability to maintain confidentiality and work independently in a fast-paced environment is essential.

Position Summary: The Traveling Receptionist serves as the first point of contact for examinees, visitors, physicians, and staff across multiple office locations. This role is responsible for providing exceptional customer service, managing front desk operations, coordinating patient flow, and ensuring a professional and welcoming environment. The ideal candidate is highly organized, adaptable, and comfortable traveling to different office locations as needed.

Key Responsibilities include traveling to assigned office locations, which may vary daily. Responsibilities also include welcoming and checking in examinees and visitors while providing a positive customer experience, answering and routing incoming phone calls professionally and efficiently, verifying examinee information, distributing and collecting required forms, directing examinees to the appropriate examination rooms, chaperoning examinations when required or requested by the physician, monitoring scheduling flow, performing general administrative duties, maintaining a clean, organized, and professional reception and lobby area, monitoring office supplies, participating in required training, meetings, and professional development activities, and performing additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications include a high school diploma or equivalent preferred, valid driver's license and reliable transportation required, previous receptionist, front desk, administrative, customer service, medical office, or scheduling experience preferred, proficiency with computers, scanners, copiers, fax machines, and multi-line phone systems, strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy, excellent verbal and written communication skills, ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple responsibilities, and adapt to changing schedules, ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information professionally, strong problem-solving skills and ability to remain calm under pressure, and a team-oriented mindset with the ability to work independently when needed.
