The role of the Orthopedic Physical Therapist will take place onsite in our modern outpatient office, which is equipped with cutting-edge tools and technologies necessary for effective rehabilitation. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations of patients to develop personalized therapy plans tailored to individual recovery goals.
• Utilize hands-on therapy techniques such as manual therapy methods, therapeutic exercises, and advanced modalities to enhance recovery.
• Document patient progress meticulously in compliance with industry standards, adjusting treatment plans based on ongoing evaluations and feedback.
• Educate patients and their families on home exercise programs, injury prevention strategies, and lifestyle modifications that promote long-term health and recovery.
• Engage in regular professional development and training to stay updated with advancements in orthopedic physical therapy practices.

Patient Population / Client Focus

In this role, you will primarily work with a diverse population of patients recovering from orthopedic injuries, surgical procedures, and chronic pain conditions. This includes athletes returning to sports, elderly patients managing arthritis, and individuals seeking recovery from traumatic injuries. Your expertise will play a crucial role in guiding them through their rehabilitation journey, promoting recovery, and restoring function.

Qualifications

• A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution.
• Current and valid Physical Therapist license in the state of New Jersey.
• A minimum of three years of experience in a physical therapy setting, particularly in orthopedic rehabilitation.
• Strong ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.
• Commitment to delivering high-quality, compassionate, and patient-centered care.

Preferred Experience

• Experience with specialized treatments or certifications in orthopedic physical therapy such as Dry Needling or Kinesiology Taping is a plus.

Compensation and Benefits

This position offers a competitive salary ranging from $100,000 to $120,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
