Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments to evaluate the mental health status of patients, and develop individualized treatment plans utilizing evidence-based methodologies.

• Utilize an array of psychotherapeutic interventions, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), to address varying mental health challenges faced by patients.

• Maintain meticulous clinical records while adhering to all HIPAA regulations, ensuring confidentiality and compliance with relevant standards.

• Engage in collaborative discussions with psychiatrists, psychologists, and fellow social workers during case consultations and team meetings to promote integrated care approaches.

• Provide education and resources to patients and their families, helping them understand mental health issues and navigate available community support options.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

In recognition of your hard work and commitment, we offer a competitive salary range of $115,000 – $130,000 per year, in addition to performance-based bonuses.
