Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct initial assessments with clients to evaluate their mental health status, including their emotional, psychological, and social well-being.

• Develop and implement comprehensive therapy plans tailored to each client’s unique needs and objectives.

• Engage with clients regularly via telehealth sessions, providing therapeutic support, coping strategies, and tools they need to overcome challenges.

• Facilitate individual and, when appropriate, group therapy sessions, employing evidence-based techniques that account for the diverse backgrounds of clients.

• Coordinate with other healthcare professionals, including psychiatrists, to ensure holistic treatment approaches when necessary.

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date electronic health records (EHR) to track client progress and therapy outcomes.

• Stay current with up-to-date research in mental health, implementing new practices that enrich therapy delivery.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The clients you will serve come from varied backgrounds, each presenting unique challenges related to mental health disorders such as anxiety, depression, PTSD, and substance use disorders. Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• A current and valid license as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in the state of Georgia.

• A minimum of four years of relevant clinical experience in mental health counseling.

• Demonstrable knowledge of a variety of mental health disorders and evidence-based treatment methodologies.

• Strong crisis intervention skills with the ability to maintain composure during challenging client situations.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range of $70,000 to $100,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
