Territory San Mateo County: South San Francisco, Pacifica* What you’ll do as a Home Health Speech Therapist/Language Pathologist (ST) In partnership with the Case Manager you will provide skilled services to assist patients with breathing, speaking, and swallowing functions. You will evaluate and treat speech, language, cognitive and fluency disorders that affect communication. You will serve as an educator, patient advocate and a member of the interdisciplinary care team. This may include supporting vacancies, leaves of absence, higher patient census, or other client care needs.
