Job Opportunities at Texas State University The Department of English at Texas State University seeks a Professor in Poetry to join its nationally recognized MFA Program in Creative Writing. Required Qualifications MFA in creative writing. A minimum of five books of poetry published by a peer-reviewed press. At least three national awards recognizing distinguished contribution to the field of poetry. Demonstrated experience teaching graduate-level creative writing workshops.
