While most interactions will happen through telehealth platforms, you will occasionally collaborate with our outpatient office team for in-person consultations and team meetings. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct psychosocial assessments to evaluate patient needs and treatment requirements.
\n
• Coordinate care with multidisciplinary team members to ensure holistic treatment approaches.

• Provide individual, family, and group psychotherapy while applying a variety of evidence-based therapeutic techniques.

• Collaborate with community agencies to promote resources for clients and facilitate referrals as needed.

• Document treatment plans comprehensively, ensuring compliance with state regulations and clinic policies.

• Advocate for patients during disposition planning to facilitate successful transitions back into community care.

• Act as a consultant for team members to deliver comprehensive and coordinated therapeutic strategies.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our patients encompass a broad spectrum of backgrounds, ages, and mental health conditions. You will have the opportunity to work with individuals facing challenges such as depression, anxiety, relational conflicts, and trauma. Qualifications\n

• Master's degree in Marriage & Family Therapy from an accredited program.
\n
• Current and valid LMFT licensure in the state of California.
\n
• A minimum of three years of experience providing therapy in an outpatient setting.

• Proficient in writing concise clinical notes and comprehensive summaries that reflect the therapeutic process.
\n
• Adept at establishing and nurturing effective therapeutic relationships with patients and their families.
\n
• Skilled in performing detailed mental status examinations and recognizing variations in mental health status.

Preferred Experience\n

• Experience with evidence-based therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), or Solution-Focused Therapy.

• Familiarity with electronic health record systems to facilitate efficient documentation and patient care.

• Strong ability to work collaboratively within a team-oriented environment, demonstrating excellent communication skills.

Compensation and Benefits\n
