Key Responsibilities\n

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As an LMHC with Willow Green Psychotherapy Services, you will work predominantly with clients struggling with addiction and mental health crises. Our client population is diverse, encompassing individuals from a variety of backgrounds, cultures, and life experiences. You will use your cultural competence to build rapport and trust, providing personalized support to each individual based on their unique circumstances.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Mental Health Counseling or a closely related field from an accredited institution.

• A current and valid License as a Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) in California.

• Minimum of three years of recent experience providing crisis intervention and mental health counseling, with a focus on addiction.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary range for this position is competitive, offering between USD 70,000 and USD 95,000 annually, with opportunities for advancement as your skills and contributions grow within our organization.
