Your responsibilities

• Scour for potential healthcare candidates through our exclusive platform and your personal connections
• Engage with potential candidates to introduce MLR opportunities and assess their interest
• Arrange meetings between candidates and our recruiters for in-depth evaluations
• Follow up with leads to sustain interest and assist them on their career path
• Keep precise and current records in our applicant tracking system
• Earn commissions based on the number of meetings set, interviews completed, and hires originated from your initiatives
