Sales Development Representative | B2B SaaS

Location: Remote - US States: CA, CO, FL, GA, ID, MD, MA, MN, NC, NV, OR, SC, TN, TX, VA, WA | Canada Provinces: British Columbia, Alberta, Ontario

We’re partnering with a growing SaaS business that provides software to nonprofit organisations across accounting, CRM, donor management and fundraising.

The team is exploring an additional SDR/BDR hire, and we’re keen to hear from people who enjoy prospecting, starting conversations and creating new business opportunities.

What you’ll be doing

• Building pipeline through phone, email and LinkedIn outreach
• Researching accounts and identifying the right contacts
• Understanding prospects’ needs and qualifying opportunities
• Booking meetings for Account Executives
• Working with sales and marketing to improve outreach and messaging
• Keeping activity and opportunity details up to date in the CRM

What we’re looking for

• At least one year of B2B SaaS sales development experience
• Confidence picking up the phone and speaking with new prospects
• Evidence of meeting activity and qualified-meeting targets
• Strong communication, organisation and follow-up
• Someone who takes feedback on board and enjoys improving
• Based in North America

Experience selling to nonprofits is helpful, but isn’t essential.
