This candidate must come from an upscale restaurant background and have experience as an Sushi Chef. This person should know how to inspire and motivate a team to be focused on delivering a guest experience that exceeds expectations.

Executive Sushi Chef Responsibilities:

• Extremely creative in their cooking ability and must also be able to follow current recipes
• Manage the day-to-day running of the kitchen
• Coach and develop hourly team members

Executive Sushi Chef Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience preparing Sushi
• Tenure 2+ years
• Have a guest-first attitude and drive the team to have the same attitude
