Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate clients' needs, strengths, and therapeutic goals.

• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans that utilize evidence-based practices, adapting them as necessary based on client progress.

• Facilitate ongoing therapy sessions that address a range of issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship challenges, and life transitions.

• Collaborate effectively with a multidisciplinary team, including psychiatrists, psychologists, and case managers, to provide integrated care.

• Maintain meticulous clinical documentation in accordance with ethical and legal standards, ensuring compliance with best practices.

• Engage in regular professional development, participating in supervision and team meetings to enhance therapeutic skills and knowledge.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will work with individuals of various ages and backgrounds, including children, adolescents, adults, and families. Qualifications\n

• A master's or doctoral degree in Marriage and Family Therapy, Counseling Psychology, Social Work, or a related field from an accredited institution.

• Current and active licensure as a Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).

• Adept in current principles, practices, and methodologies in the field of individual and family counseling.

• Minimum of 2 years of professional experience working with clients facing mental and behavioral health challenges, including experience with individual and group therapy.

Compensation and Benefits\n
