Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive diagnostic assessments to establish a relevant treatment plan tailored to each client’s unique needs.

• Deliver individual and group therapy sessions via telehealth or in-person, depending on patient preference and need.

• Utilize evidence-based methodologies, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT), motivational interviewing (MI), interpersonal therapy (IPT), and psychodynamic approaches to facilitate client growth and recovery.

• Continuously monitor client progress through tailored follow-up sessions, employing data-driven approaches to adjust treatment as necessary.

• Provide crisis management and intervention services, ensuring that urgent mental health needs are addressed promptly and effectively.

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, including case managers and support staff, to ensure comprehensive care delivery for clients.

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of all sessions and treatment plans in compliance with organizational policies.

• Foster a safe and supportive therapeutic environment that encourages open dialogue and trust.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will serve a varied population, including individuals dealing with mental health disorders such as major depressive disorder (MDD), anxiety disorders, post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD), ADHD, grief, and trauma. This position requires a commitment to cultural sensitivity and the ability to adapt therapeutic approaches based on individual patient backgrounds and preferences.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Psychology, Counseling, Social Work, or a related field.

• Active and valid license (LMHC, LMFT, LICSW) to practice as a mental health counselor in the state of Washington.

• Proven experience with a range of therapeutic modalities and familiarity with various mental health disorders.

• Demonstrated ability to work within a fast-paced environment while skillfully managing multiple client cases.
