As a remote clinician for Lifeline Community Care, you will have the flexibility to manage your schedule while remaining connected to a supportive team that prioritizes communication and collaboration. You will play a fundamental role in the hospice center, addressing both emotional and practical needs at a critical time for patients and their families.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Deliver personalized, evidence-based clinical interventions and therapies for clients experiencing major mental illnesses or severe emotional disorders.

• Collaborate closely with healthcare teams to develop and implement integrated care plans that encompass emotional, psychological, and social dimensions of health.

• Maintain a manageable caseload while ensuring timely follow-ups, thorough assessment of client needs, and the coordination of additional services or referrals as necessary.

• Facilitate individual, group, and family therapy sessions, applying a diverse array of treatment methodologies tailored to specific issues and client requests.

• Conduct thorough risk assessments and crisis interventions to ensure a safe and supportive therapeutic environment for all clients.

• Perform regular evaluations of client progress to adjust treatment plans, setting achievable goals for recovery and empowerment.

• Maintain accurate and confidential documentation, fulfilling state and organizational requirements for reporting and data collection.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution is required for this position.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary range for this position is USD 70,000 to USD 85,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
