Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our mental health counselors work with a diverse range of clients presenting with various difficulties, including but not limited to, trauma, anxiety disorders, depression, relationship issues, and life transitions. Our focus is on creating personalized care plans that recognize each client’s unique experience, enabling them to cultivate resilience and achieve their therapeutic goals.

Qualifications\n

• Current and valid license as an LCSW, LPC, LMFT, or PsyD, demonstrating your qualifications to practice in the state of Texas.

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.

• Outstanding communication skills and the ability to build rapport with clients.

• Proficient organizational and time-management abilities to manage caseload effectively.

Preferred Experience\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range of $90,000 to $100,000 per year, commensurate with your experience and caseload.
