Role Description
Ready to take ownership of complex searches and partner directly with U.S.-based leaders? At H!KINEX, our Executive Recruiters support U.S. companies across multiple industries by running high-quality, end-to-end recruitment processes. This role is for recruiters who like to move fast, think strategically, and stay hands-on.
- Lead omnichannel headhunting through direct calls, LinkedIn, and targeted outreach.
- Work closely with executives in a high-performance, results-driven environment.
- Own your searches, build strong pipelines, and deliver talent that makes a real business impact.
Qualifications
- At least 1 year of recruiting experience (agency or corporate).
- Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Comfortable using LinkedIn, job boards, ATS platforms, and sourcing tools.
- Organized, proactive, and able to manage multiple searches at once.
Requirements
- Willing to work graveyard or early morning shifts aligned with U.S. time zones (weekends off).
