Business Development Executive

About Us We are a Singapore-based corporate services and accounting firm providing corporate secretarial, accounting, taxation, audit coordination, corporate advisory and other business services to local and international clients. Job Description: 1.New Business Development Proactively identify and develop new business opportunities. Conduct cold calls, email outreach and cold visits to potential clients. Explore new customer acquisition channels. Attend business networking events, seminars and industry events. 2. Partnership Development Develop and maintain relationships with potential referral and business partners. Explore cooperation opportunities with banks, Relationship Managers, immigration/relocation agencies, law firms, financial advisers and other professional service providers. Develop referral and strategic partnership opportunities. 3. Sales Performance Maintain an updated sales pipeline and customer records. Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets. Monitor lead conversion and follow-up activities. Provide feedback to management on market trends and customer needs. Requirements Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance or related disciplines. 1-3 years of sales or business development experience preferred. Sales/Business development experience in accounting, audit, corporate secretarial, immigration, or other professional services firms is highly preferred. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Good command of English and Mandarin , both written and spoken. Strong business development, negotiation and client relationship skills. Comfortable with cold calling , client visits and networking . Self-motivated, proactive and target-oriented. Able to work independently and manage multiple leads simultaneously. #J-18808-Ljbffr
