Job Overview A law firm seeks a mid-level Executive Compensation and Benefits Associate Attorney in New York, New York. Duties Advise on executive compensation arrangements for public and private companies. Manage components of transactions independently. Draft and review equity plans, awards, and executive agreements. Provide ordinary-course advisory work and deal work. Requirements 4-6 years of law firm experience in executive compensation. Experience with public company and private equity work. Strong analytical, drafting, and communication skills. Education Juris Doctor (JD) degree. Certifications Admission to the New York State Bar.
