Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough assessments of patients’ health, including history-taking and physical examinations.

• Educate patients and their families on health management, including disease prevention strategies and lifestyle modifications.
• Maintain accurate and detailed patient records to comply with HIPAA and other healthcare regulations, documenting progress and in collaboration with other healthcare providers.
• Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team, including physicians, nurses, and social workers, to ensure holistic care and support for each resident.
• Engage in continuing education and professional development to stay updated with best practices and advancements in medical research.

Patient Population / Client Focus

The NP role is centered around providing care to a diverse population of elderly residents and those with various chronic conditions. Qualifications

• Master of Science in Nursing, Doctor of Nursing Practice, or completion of an accredited Nurse Practitioner program.

Compensation and Benefits
