What we’re seeking:

• Current or eligible Special Education licensure; Tier 3 or 4 preferred
• Experience or strong interest in working with K-8 students
• High level of adaptability and positivity
• Ability to implement IEPs and differentiate instruction
• Strong communication and collaborative skills
• Commitment for the full assignment period; consistent reliability

In this role, you will:

• Provide specialized instruction and support to K-8 students with diverse learning needs
• Develop and implement individualized education plans in partnership with other staff and families
• Use evidence-based methods to promote student growth and engagement
• Maintain accurate documentation and compliance with educational standards
• Participate in team meetings, professional development, and ongoing collaboration
• Foster a safe, welcoming, and inclusive classroom atmosphere

This contract role offers a W2 hourly compensation between $38 and $43 per hour. Additionally, you’ll enjoy comprehensive healthcare benefits and the support of a close-knit school team.
