This position offers a competitive hourly rate between $38 and $43, with comprehensive healthcare benefits included. You’ll work as a W2 hourly contractor, ensuring professional support and peace of mind throughout your assignment.

Qualifications and Desired Experience:

• Current licensure required; Tier 3 or Tier 4 Minnesota Special Education licensure strongly preferred
• Experience teaching students with diverse learning needs at the elementary or middle school level
• Ability to collaborate with teachers, specialists, and support staff
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Dedication to fostering an inclusive, supportive classroom environment

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver direct instruction in accordance with students' IEP goals and district curriculum
• Participate in student evaluations, progress monitoring, and data-informed interventions
• Collaborate with staff and families to create individualized support plans
• Maintain accurate records and provide regular progress updates
• Adapt teaching methods and materials to accommodate a variety of learning styles
