Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments to determine clients’ needs and develop tailored treatment plans based on these assessments.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Solution-Focused Therapy in conducting individual, couples, and family therapy sessions.

• Facilitate psychoeducational and support groups to address common mental health challenges and promote a sense of community amongst participants.

• Collaborate closely with psychiatrists, psychologists, and other healthcare professionals to provide integrated and holistic care for clients.

• Provide crisis intervention services, ensuring that clients have immediate access to support during mental health emergencies.

• Educate clients about their mental health conditions, treatment options, and available resources within the community to encourage informed decision-making.

• Maintain detailed, accurate, and confidential records of client interactions in compliance with ethical standards and legal requirements.

• Engage actively in case consultations, team meetings, and professional development opportunities.

Qualifications\n

• Hold a Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Possess a current and valid licensure as an LMFT, LPCC, or LCSW in California.

• Demonstrate a strong understanding of mental health disorders and evidence-based therapeutic modalities.

• Exhibit proven experience in conducting mental health assessments and formulating effective treatment plans.

• Have a track record of delivering individual and group therapy to diverse populations.

Compensation and Benefits\n
