Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and screenings to identify clients' mental health concerns and develop individualized treatment plans that address their specific needs.

• Facilitate both individual and group therapy sessions, applying evidence-based therapeutic methods such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT).

• Engage in regular collaboration with a multidisciplinary treatment team, sharing insights and adjusting treatment strategies to ensure holistic client care.

• Provide education to clients and their families, equipping them with skills and knowledge to support the recovery process actively.

• Maintain meticulous and confidential records in compliance with HIPAA and relevant regulatory guidelines, ensuring accurate tracking of client progress.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your work will primarily involve supporting adults facing a range of mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, PTSD, and other mood disorders. Our client base is diverse, representing various cultural, ethnic, and socioeconomic backgrounds, which enriches the therapeutic experience and requires a culturally sensitive approach.

Qualifications\n

• A current and valid license as either a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or a Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).

• A master’s or doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field is required.

• Demonstrated proficiency in mental health counseling with an emphasis on evidence-based practices.
