What You'll Do

  Lead, Coach & Develop

As you progress into leadership, you'll help create a high-performing, accountable, and professional virtual team.

• Recruit, onboard, mentor, and develop representatives

• Help team members establish personal and professional goals

• Coach representatives on communication, client service, and consultative sales

• Monitor activity and performance and provide constructive feedback

• Identify development opportunities and create strategies for improvement

• Conduct virtual coaching sessions, workshops, and team meetings

• Recognize strong performance and encourage continued growth

• Help develop future trainers, mentors, and leaders

• Build a collaborative culture centered on accountability, integrity, and achievement

  Serve Clients & Lead by Example

Successful leadership begins with understanding the client experience.

You'll also work directly with individuals and families through virtual appointments to:

• Connect with clients who have requested information about available benefits

• Conduct consultations through Zoom and phone

• Identify individual and family protection needs

• Explain available life, accident, and supplemental health insurance options

• Recommend appropriate solutions based on client needs

• Answer questions clearly and professionally

• Guide eligible clients through applications and enrollment

• Conduct policy reviews and provide ongoing service

• Maintain accurate digital records and documentation

• Build long-term relationships through consistent follow-up

Spend more time  serving and developing relationships  and less time searching for prospects.

Representatives connect with individuals who have requested information regarding available benefits.

No traditional cold calling and no requirement to purchase leads.

This is a  commission-based independent contractor opportunity , not a guaranteed hourly or salaried management position.

Income opportunities may include:

Previous experience in  sales, customer service, recruiting, management, operations, hospitality leadership, retail management, financial services, account management, training, entrepreneurship, or business development  can transfer particularly well.

Previous leadership experience is preferred but not required for high-performing candidates with demonstrated leadership potential.

Minimum Requirements

Applicants must:

• Be at least 18 years of age

• Be physically located within the  United States

• Be legally authorized to work in the United States

• Have a reliable computer or laptop

• Maintain reliable high-speed internet

• Have webcam and microphone capability

• Maintain a quiet, professional workspace

• Be comfortable conducting meetings through Zoom and phone

• Participate in ongoing training and professional development

• Hold or be willing and able to obtain the appropriate  state Life & Health Insurance License
