Life Solutions Counseling Center is actively seeking a dedicated and experienced Mental Health Therapist to join our team as a full-time Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW). This remote position allows you to provide vital mental health services to a diverse clientele through a telehealth format. Work Environment\n

In this remote role, you will leverage advanced telehealth technologies to meet with patients, administer assessments, and provide therapy in a flexible and adaptable setting. The typical work schedule is Monday through Friday, from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM, with the potential for some flexibility to accommodate patient needs.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough and culturally informed mental health assessments to develop tailored treatment plans that reflect each patient’s unique background and experiences.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic interventions, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), to engage patients and address their mental health challenges.

• Facilitate individual, family, and group therapy sessions to foster resilience, promote well-being, and empower individuals to navigate their mental health journeys.

• Collaborate regularly with psychiatrists, psychologists, and other healthcare professionals to create a seamless continuum of care for patients.

• Provide immediate crisis intervention and support for patients experiencing acute mental health crises.

• Educate patients and their families about various mental health conditions, treatment methods, and available community resources to foster understanding and support.

• Maintain meticulous and confidential documentation in line with legal and ethical standards using electronic health record (EHR) systems.

• Engage in continuous professional development, including participation in case conferences and cultural competency training to enhance your therapeutic skills.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution is required.

• A current and valid license as an LCSW, LPC, or LMFT in Texas.

Compensation and Benefits\n
