Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough psychosocial assessments to understand clients' mental health conditions, strengths, and resources.

• Provide a range of therapeutic interventions including individual, family, and group therapy, utilizing evidence-based methodologies.

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans with clearly defined goals and interventions, adapting approaches based on client feedback and progress.

• Utilize therapeutic modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy, solution-focused therapy, and trauma-informed care to foster healing.

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to create and maintain effective, client-centered treatment plans.

• Offer crisis intervention strategies, including risk assessments and safety planning, ensuring client safety during challenging moments.

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of all client interactions and treatment plans in compliance with legal and ethical standards.

Qualifications\n
