This full-time position involves providing comprehensive telehealth services to clients while adhering to the highest standards of mental health care and ethical practice. We offer a compensation range of USD 80,000 – 100,000 annually, plus opportunities for performance bonuses.

Counselors maintain a dynamic schedule, with patient sessions scheduled between 7 a.m. and 10 p.m. seven days a week. Key Responsibilities\n

The selected counselor will:

• Conduct thorough client assessments to devise customized therapy plans that address individual mental health needs.

• Implement evidence-based therapeutic techniques across a range of settings—working with individuals, couples, and families—as well as in group therapy scenarios.

• Utilize a variety of therapeutic modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused brief therapy tailored to individual client circumstances.

• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in accordance with ethical standards and legal requirements.

• Engage with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive and integrated client care.

• Participate in ongoing professional development through workshops and training sessions to enhance skills and stay updated on current mental health trends.

Our clientele ranges from adolescents to adults seeking help with a variety of mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, substance misuse, and relationship issues. Qualifications\n

To be successful in this role, candidates must possess:

• An active and unrestricted Professional Counselor (LPC) license in Colorado.

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a closely related field.

• A minimum of two years of clinical experience in a counseling capacity.

Preferred Experience\n
