Development Associate

Straticon is seeking a highly motivated and relationship-driven professional to support business growth initiatives across the organization. This role is designed for an individual interested in developing skills in sales, networking, relationship management, and business development. The successful candidate will work closely with company leadership to identify opportunities, build industry relationships, and contribute to the company's long-term growth strategy. Responsibilities Develop and maintain relationships with industry professionals, clients, and prospective business partners. Generate and qualify new business opportunities through outreach, networking, and market research. Support client engagement initiatives and business development efforts. Attend industry events, networking functions, and community activities representing the company. Maintain accurate records of business development activities and opportunities. Assist with lead generation, pipeline management, and relationship-building efforts. Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and potential clients. Collaborate with internal departments to support company growth objectives. Participate in special projects and strategic initiatives as assigned. Qualifications Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Highly motivated, competitive, and goal-oriented. Ability to build relationships and establish credibility with a variety of stakeholders. Strong organizational and time-management skills. Self-starter with a proactive approach and strong work ethic. Comfortable with networking, outreach, and developing new relationships. Bachelor's degree preferred.
