Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive client assessments that include interviews and diagnostic evaluations to accurately determine their mental health needs.

• Collaborate with clients to develop personalized treatment plans that identify therapeutic goals and measurable outcomes.

• Provide individual counseling sessions in a supportive, safe space, utilizing techniques such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT).

• Lead group therapy and family sessions to facilitate shared healing experiences and encourage community support.

• Regularly monitor client progress, adjusting treatment strategies as necessary to ensure optimal outcomes.

• Document all client interactions, treatment plans, and progress notes in accordance with organizational policies and legal requirements.

Qualifications\n

• A valid and active license to practice as a Mental Health Counselor in the state of Washington.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The Licensed Mental Health Counselor position offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 85,000 to 95,000 annually, complemented by an attractive sign-on bonus.
