Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide psychotherapy utilizing a range of evidence-based modalities, including cognitive-behavioral therapy and trauma-informed care.

• Maintain accurate and thorough documentation of clinical services, including initial assessments, progress notes, and treatment summaries, while upholding client confidentiality.

• Stay informed about advancements in the mental health field through continuous professional development and engagement in relevant training opportunities.

• Evaluate the effectiveness of therapeutic interventions and make necessary adjustments to treatment plans based on client feedback and progress.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Psychology, Counseling, Social Work, or a related discipline is required.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 80,000 – 122,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
