While you will primarily work independently, regular virtual meetings will be held with your colleagues to discuss case management and share insights, reinforcing our commitment to teamwork and collaboration.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments of clients to identify mental health needs and develop personalized treatment plans that align with their goals.

• Provide therapeutic services that encompass a range of modalities, such as cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and family systems therapy.

• Maintain detailed documentation of client progress, including treatment interventions and outcomes, while ensuring compliance with confidentiality regulations.

• Work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals, including psychiatrists and social workers, to coordinate care and enhance patient outcomes.

• Provide crisis intervention support as needed, ensuring clients receive immediate and responsive care during moments of acute distress.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Qualifications\n

• A master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, Psychology, or a related field is required.

• A current, valid, and unrestricted license in Washington state as an LICSW, LMFT, or LMHC.

• A minimum of three years of experience in mental health counseling, demonstrating a profound understanding of therapeutic practices.

Compensation and Benefits\n
