Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker at Well Minded Therapy, you will:

• Engage in one-on-one therapy sessions utilizing evidence-based therapeutic interventions, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT).

• Provide high-quality virtual therapy sessions, facilitating flexible access for clients from various backgrounds and locations.

• Ensure adherence to best practices in clinical documentation and compliance with ethical guidelines, maintaining accurate patient records while safeguarding confidentiality.

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to enhance patient care and incorporate diverse perspectives into treatment plans, optimizing treatment outcomes.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n
