What we’re looking for:

• Active Occupational Therapy License valid in Minnesota
• Previous experience in a school or pediatric setting (preferred)
• Strong communication, organizational, and adaptive therapeutic skills
• Comfort with high school-age students, engaging them with empathy and creative interventions
• Commitment to collaborative work with educators, families, and support staff

Your key responsibilities will include:

• Conducting evaluations and assessments for high school students referred for OT services
• Developing and implementing personalized intervention plans
• Maintaining accurate records and progress documentation
• Supporting students’ participation in the learning environment
• Consulting with teachers and families to maximize student success
