Key Responsibilities\n

• Manage a diverse caseload, developing strong rapport and maintaining professional boundaries with each client to foster therapeutic relationships.

• Conduct regular client meetings to monitor progress, assess stability, and determine the appropriateness of discharge when necessary.

• Create, implement, and revamp personalized treatment plans in collaboration with clients, ensuring that the therapeutic process remains focused on their individual goals.

• Maintain thorough and accurate documentation, including progress notes and treatment updates for each client, in accordance with organizational standards.
\n
• Perform comprehensive intake assessments for new clients, gathering pertinent information to inform treatment approaches.
\n
• Facilitate weekly individual therapy sessions, utilizing evidence-based practices to support clients in meeting their mental health objectives.

• Engage in regular individual supervision and professional development discussions to continually refine therapy skills and maintain clinical efficacy.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including other healthcare providers, to coordinate comprehensive care strategies for clients.

• Promote a growth mindset within the team, embracing new methodologies and perspectives on mental health care.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our client base includes individuals facing a range of mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, PTSD, and more. Many clients also grapple with issues related to substance abuse. As a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor, you will be instrumental in delivering compassionate, client-centered care that recognizes each individual’s unique struggles and aspirations.

Qualifications\n

• Master's Degree in Mental Health Counseling or a closely related field from an accredited institution.

• Current licensure as a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC) in California.

• Proven ability to meet internal credentialing requirements necessary for our clinical settings.

• A minimum of one year of direct experience working with psychiatric patients and/or individuals in the substance abuse recovery process.

Preferred Experience\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

Hopestone Psychiatric Services offers an annual salary range of USD 75,000 to 104,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications. In addition to competitive salaries, employees may qualify for bonus opportunities that recognize exceptional performance.
