Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide high-quality psychotherapy services via telehealth, in-person sessions, or a hybrid model tailored to the unique needs of clients.

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date electronic health records for all client interactions, ensuring compliance with therapy guidelines and documentation standards.

• Engage with clients for therapeutic assessments and create individualized treatment plans that address their specific needs and goals.

• Continue to expand your caseload by taking on an additional 15-35 clients while maintaining the quality of care.

• Utilize evidence-based practices and integrative wellness methodologies to facilitate healing and promote client autonomy.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will have the opportunity to work with a wide range of client demographics, including children, teens, adults, geriatric clients, couples, and military veterans. This diverse client focus allows you to utilize your expertise in specific areas of interest, whether that may be trauma-informed care, anxiety disorders, depression, or substance use issues. Qualifications\n

• Master’s Degree in Professional Counseling or a related field, with a focus on meeting the qualifications for LPCC licensure.

• A minimum of 2 years of full-time experience providing mental health counseling, with a strong foundation in a variety of clinical practices.

Preferred Experience\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary for this full-time role ranges from USD 120,000 to 130,000 annually, complemented by comprehensive benefits, including health, dental, and vision insurance.
