Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate the intensity, frequency, and duration of clients' mood disorder symptoms, tailoring evaluation techniques to the specific needs of each individual.

• Collaborate with clients in crafting personalized treatment plans, considering their unique circumstances, goals, and preferences to foster a strong therapeutic alliance.

• Implement evidence-based therapeutic interventions such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), adapting techniques as necessary to meet individual client needs.

• Provide education and support to clients and their families regarding mood disorders, treatment options, and self-care strategies to facilitate informed decision-making and empower recovery.

• Regularly monitor client progress, maintaining detailed documentation and adjusting treatment plans in alignment with evolving client needs and treatment objectives.

Qualifications\n
