Key Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat patients recovering from injuries, diseases, or surgical procedures in a home care context.
• Develop individualized treatment plans using a variety of therapeutic techniques such as therapeutic exercises, manual therapy, and specialized equipment to promote healing and improve mobility.
• Utilize evidence-based interventions to track patient progress and modify treatment plans as necessary to ensure optimal therapeutic outcomes.
• Educate patients, caregivers, and family members on appropriate self-care techniques, assistive devices, and physical therapy best practices.
• Consistently document patient evaluations, treatment protocols, and progress notes to maintain accurate records in compliance with healthcare regulations.
• Participate in regular professional development activities to remain current in the field, including attending workshops, networking with peers, and contributing to professional societies.

The patient population served by the therapist will encompass a diverse array of individuals requiring rehabilitation from various conditions—ranging from postoperative recovery to chronic pain management and developmental disorders. Qualifications

Compensation and Benefits
