Key Responsibilities\n

In your role as an LCSW, you will be responsible for:

• Collaborating closely with a multidisciplinary treatment team—comprising psychiatrists, psychologists, and fellow social workers— to formulate and deliver effective treatment strategies for clients.

• Participating in regular team case consultations and peer review sessions to enhance knowledge sharing and clinical practice, ultimately leading to improved client outcomes.

• Educating clients and their families about mental health issues, treatments, and available community resources, empowering them in their journey towards recovery.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work with a diverse population of clients, including children, adolescents, and adults experiencing a wide range of mental health challenges, from anxiety and depression to trauma and behavioral issues. Qualifications\n
