IT Field Support Specialist
Virtual Vocations Inc
To enhance user uptime and computing experiences, the full-time Field Support Specialist will provide on-site desktop support, manage network equipment installations, and collaborate with leadership on technology upgrades in Adelphi, MD. Key responsibilities: Provide on-site desktop support for hardware/software maintenance and troubleshooting Lead installations of video and audio-conferencing hardware and manage technical support for events Collaborate with technical staff to test new software and network technologies while ensuring proper documentation Required qualifications: 3+ years of experience in Information Systems, with a focus on infrastructure or operations 1+ years of field support experience Bachelor's degree preferred Strong understanding of Mac OS X and Windows troubleshooting Familiarity with Network Essentials, Microsoft 365, and VoIP systems
